愛吃魚又想滿足一下口感的市民，現在多一個新選擇﹗漁護署4年前從澳洲昆士蘭，引進身體兩側長有黑色寶石般黑色斑塊的寶石魚（Jade Perch），經過多年測試，署方發現寶石魚成功在本地養魚戶養殖場大量及快速繁殖，今年起將由「限量發售」，增至每年約3.5萬條供應市場，讓市民一飽口福。
I visited the Fa Hui market with my dad and mum yesterday and bought this fish for our dinner. It is really delicious. The meat of this fish is very sweet and fresh with less bone. I love it so much. Dad told me that it is difficult to get it in local market place. It is lucky to eat it and I hope that it could be going more popular in HK food market.
