As YF is in Dubai now, i can only communicate with him by email. It is interesting that we cannot chat online as he lives in a place with the internet connection in the apartment lobby only. That's why we hardly MSN with each other.
It is funny to record my daily life and feelings by email. I haven't written the email or letter to friends or lover since a long time. We mainly use MSN or ICQ (online instant message) to reach others, seems we both forgot the beauty of writing an email. It can give u time to think before u write. By the way, i feel so happy once receive his replied message. I treasure every words he wrote to me, read it again and again when i miss him. It is really romantic sometimes. Sure .. it is definitely not funny if happen it for a month ..................
Today, I wrote my boy an email. Capture some of the interesting content here to share with u guys (it is mainly related to today's meeting), where i read it, it is quite interesting:
I had a meeting with client today afternoon, Ms. A kept on dragging us to deliver something which is complicated but meaningless in the vendor estimation. It links up with system issue. As I can explore, users (esp. business user) always think that system is a super machine to auto. run all their needs. All the things they couldn't find the way to solve, it may be rely on the system. That's typical questions in all business users. How to educate them .. or reject them to stop asking too much on the system? Today, i learn some techniques, that's trying to link up the effort and resources they spent on making this 'function' happen. All talking about effectiveness and efficiency if apply this function. The point is to maintain a balance on the investment, no matter it is on the system side or the operation side, both take time and resource to implement it. I think it is really a technique to persuade others to buy your ideas, esp. the one with the pre-defined requests. In the meantime, i think i should chase more chances to talk with others,it is a way for me to learn the persuasion and manipulation skill. :P this can be applied to all people. I think i know the technique but i always forget to use it when i m in temper and hit by other's crazy ideas , that's natural born. I am rude and mean in natural.
Thanks god, he wl be back on this Friday. I can chat with him all day long again as we have never ending topics to chat keke.
